Shipping Methods and Insurance
Free shipping is offered on all orders as a benefit to our customers. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Fort Worth, Tx. Free Shipping will be provided via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested during the checkout process. You may substitute UPS Ground at no additional cost. We ship all orders for in-stock merchandise within 1 business day or less, and most customers receive their orders within 2-5 business days.
Insurance on all items is recommended. We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit that are not insured. If your insured merchandise is delivered by the carrier but you claim a loss, a Police report of the theft and a report number will be required to receive a replacement. Refunds are not given on lost items.
Please note that our current system does not allow us to automatically provide tracking numbers for you order. We ship all orders for in-stock merchandise within 1 business day or less, and most customers receive their orders within 2-5 business days. Due to the large number of orders we process on a daily basis, we kindly ask that you not contact us for order status until at least 4 business days have passed so that we can continue to focus on providing excellent turnaround times and customer service.
Returns and Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us via PHONE at 817-457-6000. We can be reached Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm CST. It is important that you contact us immediately, as our short turnaround times often mean an order may actually be processed, packaged, and picked up by the carrier in less than an hour from the time the order was placed. We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped out.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which can be obtained by calling us at 817-457-6000 during regular business hours Monday through Friday 10am-6pm CST. Merchandise returned without an RMA number will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of purchase. No returns after 30 days. There will be a 10% restocking fee on items returned that are deemed "as advertised". In addition, while the price of shipping is included in the purchase price of your order, you are responsible for the actual original shipping cost, and return shipping if you return your order. No COD's accepted. Texas State Sales Tax applies to shipping costs and restocking fees if you are a Texas resident.
